Who, What, When, Where, Why

I am a 32 year old mother to 4 living children. I currently work part time for an antique mall helping to curate booth spaces and getting vendors hooked up with buyers and sellers. I have an absolute affinity with all things vintage and antique. So much of it is unappreciated currently. Which I understand, as I am also a minimalist and although I love looking at a lot of items, I keep very few.
I have always been somewhat of a writer. When I was younger I had notebooks full of short stories and poetry. Journals dating back to the early 90's. Since becoming a parent my writing has turned to heartfelt cards and letters to my husband and children. Occasionally writing a paragraph here and there for other blogs or web pages. But I still have my scribble notebooks. Just random pads of paper laying about with eclectic ramblings and ideas. Even a notebook full of jokes for a comedy act I someday dream of doing.
Recently my loving husband brought home a few gifts for me. No reason for it. He just felt the need to do it. One of these lovely gifts was a new Chromebook. He handed it to me and said "Now you have something of your own to write with". So here I am, on this newfangled machine, attempting to organize my thoughts into coherent paragraphs for the masses. I'm free of expectation with this new blog, but I am happy to be able to have a place to share my thoughts. Since becoming a Radical Unschooling mom my thought process has changed so much. This lifestyle is extremely different from the one I was exposed to growing up. I will touch on that matter at some point, I'm sure.
Our tribe currently calls the Crossroads of America "home". We would like to travel someday but we aren't in any hurry to uproot. We will all be ready in time. Living this lifestyle allows us to take our time and work as a unit rather than making decisions for everyone and hoping it goes well. We are more in harmony than ever before.
If you've made it this far into my very first post, I sincerely thank you for reading. I hope you'll come back for more.
